High purity compounds
Physically separated production lines that can be thoroughly cleaned
High-purity compounds with stringent insulation requirements, medical applications or similar require precise observation and must be produced in high-purity environments. Spatially separate production lines and dedicated equipment prevent cross-contamination between parallel production processes during sterile compounding.
In addition, from the mixing room to packaging, our production lines are designed so that all machine parts, equipment and the spaces along the process chain can be thoroughly cleaned. During the production of high-purity compounds, only selected staff have access to these spaces and only in appropriate clothing, in order to consistently avoid contamination.
